Terms and Conditions of Sale and Access

1. Refund Policy

By completing a purchase through this website, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate delivery of content, no refunds after 14 days, exchanges, or cancellations shall be issued under any circumstances.

2. Grant of Lifetime Access

Upon purchase, Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize the course materials (the “Course Assets”) for the duration of the product’s existence, referred to herein as lifetime access. Lifetime access is defined as the duration for which the course is offered and supported by the course provider or its assigns.

3. Course Discontinuation and Asset Delivery

In the event that the website, platform, or course is permanently discontinued, terminated, or rendered otherwise inaccessible, the course provider agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer with a download link to access all Course Assets available at the time of discontinuation. This provision shall constitute the full extent of the provider’s obligation in such an event.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the course, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, graphics, and any other media (collectively, the “Course Assets”), is and shall remain the sole intellectual property of Gigging Drummer, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer is granted access solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, or resale of Course Assets is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of Gigging Drummer.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing the course, Customer expressly affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
